A US based organization recognized the need to have an app which would equip healthcare professionals with all patient's records, especially during surgery. This void was made apparent by the increase in the rate of patient turnover and vulnerability in maintaining copious information.
The app had to fulfill the following criteria:

Technical:
We developed an iOS app which gave healthcare professionals access to consolidated information regarding a patient.
User experience
All the lab values, important clinical information and diagnoses of every patient could be stored by this app, catering to the needs of numerous medical professionals. Along with explicit documentation of patient's information, a search option made it easy to search for a particular medical record. The latest technology made it possible for systemized billing and secure export of information.
IMPACT
With digitalization of patient’s records medical professionals could perform their duties efficiently. The anesthetists were in a better position to make quick decisions and administer the right dosage with the easy search option.
TECHNOLOGY USED
iOS Native - Objective C, Microsoft .Net web service and the backend was SQL server.
